Michele Clayborne is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in hospice and palliative care. Currently serving as the Executive Director of HospiceCare in The Berkshires at Integritus Healthcare since March 2022, Michele leads a mission-driven organization focused on serious illness care. Prior to this role, Michele operated as an Independent Consultant for a healthcare provider, overseeing program development and the expansion of Care Navigation services. Previous positions include Vice President of Operations at Brookhaven Hospice, Administrator at The Overlook Retirement Community, and various leadership roles in hospice organizations such as Guardian Hospice and Palliative Care and Hope Health. Michele holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emmanuel College.
