Dwight Cram has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dwight most recently worked as the Director of Engineering at Integrity Industrial Inkjet Integration, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Printing Technology at AstroNova (formerly Astro-Med, Inc.) from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they managed global engineering teams and introduced new processes to increase productivity and quality.
Before that, Dwight worked at EFI-VUTEk, where they held various positions. From 2010 to 2017, they served as the Advanced Development - R&D, providing technical leadership for product development. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Manager of Software Engineering and Sr. Systems Architect, overseeing a global team and leading software development projects. From 2003 to 2006, they served as the Principal Software Engineer, leading new product development.
Dwight's earlier work experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Transcept, OpenCell Corp, Lockheed Martin, and ASAP Media Services, where they gained valuable experience in software engineering.
Dwight Cram attended the University of Maine from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In November 2017, they also completed the "Being a Mentor" Training Program at the University of Rhode Island.
