Emily Huber is a credentialing coordinator at Integrity Locums. Emily has worked in the medical field for several years in a variety of roles.
Emily began their career as an intern with St. Barnabas Health System in 2018. Emily then worked as a quality and compliance assistant with Concordia Visiting Nurses before taking on their current role as an onboarding specialist with UPMC in 2019.
In their current role, Emily leads, coordinates, and monitors the credentialing processes for an average of 200 Physicians and APPs. Emily also serves as a liaison between providers, departments, the Credentials Verification Office (CVO), medical staff offices, and Enrollment.
Emily tracks processes on a detailed worklist within the credentialing software MSOW. These files are reviewed weekly, and regular status reports are provided to stakeholders. Emily also serves as a mentor for new staff on our team to help them become acclimated to the Health Information Management department.
Emily is dedicated to their work and enjoys helping others in the medical field. Emily is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those they work with and is always looking for ways to improve the process and make it more efficient.
Emily Huber holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Penn State University. Emily also has certification from the Penn State University in Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administration.
