Wendy M. Stinson

Wendy M. Stinson, PMP, PMI-ACP has over 19 years of work experience. Wendy M. currently serves as the Project Management Office (PMO) Director at Integrity Management Services, Inc., where they are responsible for various project management tasks such as budget tracking and analysis, staffing tracking and trends, proposal content and pricing, and training. Wendy M. also oversees contract administration and manages several small projects supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Previously, Wendy held various roles at Catapult Consultants from 2006 to 2019. As the Director of the Healthcare Solutions Division, they oversaw all contracts/projects, bids/proposals, and business development related to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) and healthcare services, with a focus on program integrity, survey/certification, and program management. Wendy M. also served as a Healthcare Program Manager, Healthcare Project Manager & Business Operations Manager, and Healthcare Analyst, Technical Writer/Editor & Office Manager during their time at Catapult Consultants.

Prior to joining Catapult Consultants, Wendy worked at the Smithsonian Institution as a Folklife Festival Staff member in 2006 and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer from 2000 to 2002, providing English as a Foreign Language (EFL) education to students and conducting teacher training sessions.

Wendy M. Stinson, PMP, PMI-ACP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Washington State University. Wendy M. also obtained a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in 2019. In 2013 to 2016, they earned Verified Certificates of Completion in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Coursera. Additionally, Wendy has obtained certifications from the Project Management Institute. Wendy M. became a Project Management Professional (PMP) in July 2014 and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) in August 2021.
