James Duncan

James Duncan has extensive work experience in program management, project management, and government operations. James has held positions such as Sr. Program Manager at INTEGRITYOne Partners, Project Manager at JPS Marble & Granite of Westminster, and Vice President - Government Operations at Unity Technologies Corporation. James has also served as a Program Manager at Alion Science and Technology and EG&G Technical Services (now part of URS Corporation), where they were responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing test and evaluation strategies, and managing government acquisitions and budgets. Prior to their civilian career, James served in the US Navy for six years as an Active Duty SPY 1-D RADAR Technician, where they maintained and operated radar systems and was a member of special operations teams.

James Duncan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Cprime Learning in July 2012, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2012.
