Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the software development and blockchain sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha focused on decentralized infrastructure and technological advancements. Micha has also contributed as a Foundation Board member for Share&Charge and held advisory positions in various blockchain ventures. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and furthered education with a focus on fintech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
