Elana Daley

Elana Daley has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elana is currently working as a Sales Director at Integrity Payments since May 2023. Prior to this, Elana was the CFO and co-owner of Daley Landscape Inc., a landscaping company specializing in Eco-Logical landscapes for the California lifestyle. Elana has also worked as a Business Advocate at Get Beyond, where they specialized in helping family-owned businesses improve their efficiencies and discover new revenue streams. Elana has experience as an Independent Consultant at Arbonne International LLC, where they helped others make healthy choices resulting in weight loss, increased energy, vitality, and self-confidence. Before that, they owned Concepts in Training, a training company, where they created successful training courses and a monthly newsletter. Elana has also worked in the mortgage industry, serving as an Account Representative at Mandalay Mortgage and an Account Executive at Encore Mortgage. Elana started their career as a Contract Trainer at WMC Mortgage, where they created comprehensive training programs for sales staff, managers, and internal staff. Before that, Elana gained experience in the insurance industry, working as a Senior Claims Examiner at Superior National Insurance and a Senior Claims Specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Elana Daley holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from California State University-Sacramento. Elana also has a certificate in Basic Firefighting from Sierra College and a High School Diploma in College Prep from San Mateo High School. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Human Resources Management from the College of Extended Learning, CSUN in 2000; Workers Compensation Claims Professional from the Insurance Educational Association in 2000; Certified Dale Carnegie Instructor in 1999 from Dale Carnegie; Self Insurance Administrator from the California Department of Industrial Relations in 1996; and Workers Compensation Claims Administration from the Insurance Educational Association in 1995.
