Casey Pierce

Casey Pierce is the current Managing Partner of the Technology & Product Practice at Integrity Power Search. Previously, Casey held the position of Vice President at IPS for just over a year. Prior to that, Casey was the Head of Recruiting, where they oversaw a team of 24 recruiters. Casey has also held the positions of Director of Talent and Senior Talent Partner at IPS. Casey began their career at IPS as a Technical Recruiter in November 2016.

Casey is passionate about connecting amazing people to world-class high growth technology companies. During their time at IPS, they have helped place candidates at companies such as Root Insurance, Glassdoor, M1 Finance, Physna, FourKites, StockX, DuoLingo, Cameo, Olive, and Path Robotics.

Casey Pierce received their Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration and Business from Kent State University.
