Niall Clancey is the Director and Lead of the Technology & Product Search Practice at Integrity Power Search. Niall has over three years of experience in IT recruitment and business development. Prior to joining Integrity Power Search, Niall worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at Brooksource from May 2019 to January 2021. There, they were responsible for locating and recruiting potential talent utilizing referrals, job postings, internet searches, career fairs, networking events and college resources. Niall also screened and placed candidates according to position requirements utilizing phone and internal interviews, reference/background checks, and technical screens. In addition, Niall reviewed, critiqued, revised resumes and coached candidates through the interview process. Niall also fostered and maintained relationships with contractors/consultants through weekly correspondence, payroll assistance, monthly lunches, and constant client relations. Furthermore, they negotiated contract terms including duration, responsibilities, and compensation. Lastly, they assisted in business development by setting meetings, generating leads, networking, and attending client meetings and outings.

Before working at Brooksource, Niall was the Executive Team Lead at TechniQuest Corporation from November 2018 to May 2019. There, they led a team of customer service representatives who were responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints. Niall also trained new customer service representatives and provided feedback to management on staff performance. In addition, Niall developed strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer churn.
