Matthew Wisneski

Matthew Wisneski is an accomplished analyst currently working at Integrity Risk International since April 2022. Previously, Matthew served as an admissions assistant at Georgetown University Graduate School of Arts & Sciences and held research-focused roles at the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies, and the Center for the National Interest, where significant contributions were made in compiling and summarizing research on US-Russian relations and cybersecurity. Matthew possesses strong language skills, enhanced through a rigorous program at the International University in Moscow, and has a background in political science from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by a master's degree in Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies from Georgetown University. Additional experience includes tutoring Russian language students and working in a political office, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set in research, education, and public service.
