Matthew Reichert

Matthew Reichert is currently a Network Engineer at Integrity Schools. Matthew previously worked as a Professional Services Specialist at Mavidea Technology Group, LLC from March 2019 to May 2020. Prior to that, they were a Help Desk Representative II at Advanced Technology Services from November 2013 to March 2019, where they provided Level 1 and Level 2 phone technical support and acted as a point of escalation for issues beyond Level 1 agent capabilities. Matthew also provided initial training and ongoing training to fellow agents. Before that, they worked as a PC Field Technician Contract at West Aurora School District 129 from July 2013 to September 2013, where they assisted staff IT personnel in the setup up and maintenance of IT related systems for the school year. Their responsibilities included basic Active Directory use, Imaging and deploying PC / Laptops systems, setup of Raptor computers and software, install and setup of PLasco Trak systems, repair of desktop and laptop hardware, troubleshooting basic network issues, Epson network projector setup and troubleshooting, install and setup of Avervision, Elmo, Ladybug document camera products. Matthew then worked as an Implementation Specialist at Warmbir IT Solutions from May 2020 to November 2020.

Matthew Reichert has an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Support from Waubonsee Community College, a Graphic Design degree from Western Connecticut State University, and various certifications from CompTIA and Waubonsee Community College.
