Randall Leiker holds a MBA in Business Administration from Baker University and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing with Management Emphasis from Fort Hays State University. Randall currently serves as the Vice President Client Development at Integrity Solutions, a training and development company focused on talent growth and leadership elevation. Prior to this, Randall has held various leadership roles in companies such as AXIM Fringe Solutions Group, LLC, eBacon, Beneco, American Strategic Insurance, Edward Jones, and Farmers Insurance. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to lead market expansions, develop strategic plans, and foster client relationships for long-term success.
