Damon Burnette

Damon Burnette has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Damon started in the United States Navy as a Machinist Mate, specializing in Nuclear-ELT. After leaving the navy, Damon worked as a Quality Engineer at Photocircuits, managing the development and maintenance of the Quality system. Damon then moved on to be a Sr. Marketing Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they led the proposal team and managed technical proposals. Damon also worked at OMNOVA Solutions Inc. as a Shipping Coordinator, supervising employees and communicating within the Shipping/Receiving area. Damon worked as a Fitness Instructor at the YMCA, teaching classes and educating members on effective workout methods. Damon also gained experience in recruitment as a Recruiter at System One Holdings, LLC, and later became the Director of Recruiting at Integrity Staffing Group, Inc.
