Stefanie Hirsekorn

Stefanie Hirsekorn currently serves as VP People & Culture at IntegrityNext, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Stefanie held the position of VP People at Insempra GmbH from January 2022 to November 2023. Prior to that, an HR Consultant role for Diverse Start-Ups involved advising on strategic HR topics and GDPR compliance. From October 2011 to February 2021, Stefanie was the Head of People & Organization at commercetools GmbH, where responsibilities included managing a multi-country HR team, overseeing recruitment and employer branding, and enhancing HR digitalization processes. Experience also includes an HR Officer role at Allianz Global Investors AG, focusing on employee relations and performance management, and an HR Coordinator position at Expedia.com GmbH. Stefanie earned a Diplom in HR and International Management from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm between 1999 and 2005.
