Kathleen Bullock

Kathleen Bullock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and education. Currently serving as a Board Member at Integro Bank and the Owner & CEO of Above Board Consulting since 2020, Kathleen has developed initiatives for non-profit organizations aimed at enhancing board effectiveness and promoting servant leadership. As a Founding Member of Integro Bancorp Inc., Kathleen is committed to supporting small business growth and employment. With a long-standing role as an Adjunct Business Professor at Wayland Baptist University and previous experience as President of Fidelity National Title Agency, Kathleen has demonstrated expertise in business operations and education. Kathleen holds a Doctor of Management from Northcentral University, a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
