Terry Cargill is an experienced executive leadership coach currently serving at Integrus Leadership since October 2022. Previously, Terry held the position of Vice President of Charitable Giving Strategies at WaterStone from August 2015 to January 2022, where expertise was applied in structuring tax-efficient gifts for charities and donors. With a long tenure at JPMorgan Chase from 1984 to December 2014, Terry retired after 30 years, culminating as Managing Director, South Region Treasury Sales Executive. Earlier roles included Sr. Vice President and Market Manager for Business Banking in Houston, as well as national treasury sales leadership positions at Bank One and First Chicago. Terry began a career in treasury management at First City Bank of Dallas after earning a BBA from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business in 1982.
