As the President and Founder of OPTIMUP!, Kassenbeck designs tailored coaching and training programs, while also providing coaching for Executive MBA students at the University of Lausanne. Previously, Kassenbeck held senior marketing roles at Cereal Partners Worldwide, directing brand strategies for Nestlé and General Mills. Kassenbeck holds multiple coaching certifications and degrees, including an Executive Coaching degree from IDC Institut de Coaching and a Master in Business Administration from TBS Education.
