Alan Barba

Alan Barba has over 20 years of work experience in supply chain management and operations. Alan has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Supply Chain, Director of Supply Chain Excellence and Customer Success, and Supply Chain Director at Integer Holdings Corporation. In these positions, they have been responsible for optimizing supply chain solutions, implementing sales and operations planning processes, and coordinating multiple facilities to maintain high service levels. Prior to their time at Integer, Alan was a Senior Manager of Operations at Greatbatch, where they had overall responsibility for site operations and financial performance. Alan also has experience as a Board Member at theONE. Lifestyle Group and as the Co-Founder of En Bloc Hotels™. Earlier in their career, they held management positions at Greatbatch, Inc., Sanmina-SCI, and Flextronics, focusing on global supply chain and materials management.

Alan Barba has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management, obtained from 2011 to 2013. Alan also has another MBA degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, obtained in 2011. In addition, they hold a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from the University of Michigan - College of Engineering obtained in 2010. Alan Barba has additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, certified in 2010 by the University of Michigan - College of Engineering, Certificado en Administracion obtained in 2006 from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and Certified in Production and Inventory Management obtained in 2001 from APICS The Association for Operations Management.
