Jim Thelen

Principal Process Development Engineer at Integer Holdings

Jim Thelen began their work experience as a Project Engineer at Vadnais Technologies Inc. in 1998 and later joined Heraeus Vadnais in 2005, where they worked as a Project Engineer until 2009. Jim then joined Heraeus Medical Components in 2009 and held various roles, including Senior Product Engineer and Senior Process Development Engineer. Currently, Jim is working at Integer Holdings Corporation as a Principal Process Development Engineer.

Jim Thelen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southwest Minnesota State University, which they completed between 1985 and 1988. Jim also pursued a Project Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota in 2011. In 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, Jim studied Physics at Hamline University from 1983 to 1984, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree in that field.
