Brandon Boettcher

Brandon Boettcher is a Principal Process Development Engineer at Switchback Medical, with a comprehensive background in process development and quality management systems. Previously, Brandon served as a Sr Process Development Engineer Lead at Nextern, where responsibilities included critical QMS functions, implementing inspection processes, and conducting internal audits to ISO 13485:2016. At Dreve America, Brandon advanced from an Associate Process Engineer to lead various projects and initiatives, including CAD software research and guest lecturing on digital workflows. Brandon began a career at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, demonstrating strong leadership and training skills. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
