Jon Nally

Jon Nally has extensive work experience in compensation, equity, and people management roles. Jon is currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation & Equity at Integer Holdings Corporation since May 2020. Prior to that, they held senior director roles at Tupperware Brands, where they were responsible for people management and engagement worldwide from June 2017 to May 2020, and global compensation from February 2012 to May 2017. Jon also worked at Avaya, where they served as a Senior Manager of Executive Comp & Benefits and Equity Compensation from May 2008 to February 2012. Before that, they held positions in executive compensation and stock plans administration at Avaya from October 2000 to May 2008.

Jon Nally completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island between 1994 and 1999.
