Lavanya Latha has over 15 years of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Director of PMO for ERP Transformation at Integer Holdings Corporation since February 2008, where responsibilities include implementing Oracle ERP solutions for finance and project management. Previously, Lavanya held the position of Sr. Manager for the IT portfolio and Lead Analyst for Oracle Financials within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Sr. QA Analyst at Modis Consulting, focusing on various clients in the insurance and banking sectors. Lavanya holds a Master of Computer Applications from Sri Venkateswara University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University at Buffalo.
