Mike Druding

Mike Druding serves as the Sr. Director of the Engineering Project Management Organization at Integer Holdings Corporation, leading a global team overseeing significant product development initiatives within the Cardiac Rhythm Modulation & Neurostimulation business unit. With extensive experience since 2004 at Integer Holdings (formerly Greatbatch Medical), Mike has held various leadership roles, including Site Leader and Operations Director, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, compliance with industry regulations, and cross-functional team coordination. Previous experience includes engineering and project management roles at Harper International Corporation and Corning Incorporated. Mike holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Iowa State University, respectively.
