Mike Harrison

Mike Harrison has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Mike currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Integer Holdings Corporation, where they are responsible for the strategy, design, administration, and communication of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs globally. Prior to this, Mike served as the VP, Compensation and Benefits at Anthem, Inc., where they led a team responsible for implementing comprehensive changes to executive compensation, benefits, and perquisite programs. Mike also served as VP, Global Compensation and Benefits at Hertz, overseeing a total rewards team for 30,000 employees in 22 countries, and as VP Global Compensation & Benefits at Avaya Inc., where they managed the compensation and benefits team for 30,000 employees globally. Before their roles in the corporate sector, Mike worked as VP Compensation and Benefits at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies and as VP and Managing Actuary at Actuarial Sciences Associates. Mike started their career as a Consulting Actuary at Mercer Consulting.

Mike Harrison pursued their education at the University of Waterloo, where they studied Actuarial Science as their major and Statistics as their minor. Mike earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from this institution.
