Thiago Pereira

Thiago Pereira has a strong background in IT and data analytics. Thiago currently holds the role of Director, IT Data & Analytics at Integer Holdings Corporation, where they are responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy for digital transformation. Thiago has built and led teams, implemented data and analytics programs, and collaborated with ERP and cybersecurity teams to enforce IT controls and policies.

Prior to their current role, Pereira worked at ABB as a Director, overseeing eCommerce tools, data analytics, and innovation. Thiago successfully increased user adoption and managed a team of direct reports, including data scientists and developers.

Before ABB, Pereira worked at GE, where they held various IT leadership positions. Thiago chaired Data Warehouse activities, worked directly with executives on IT solutions, and delivered complex data and analytics solutions. Thiago also led reporting strategy and execution for the Latin America region.

Pereira began their career as a Systems Analyst at Wittel Comunicações, specializing in CTI and Call Center applications. Thiago then worked as a Solution Architect and Web Application Developer at SIMPRESS - an HP Company, where they gathered requirements and developed modules for the internal ERP system. Thiago also worked as a Full Stack Developer at W3Dexter, developing websites for small business companies.

Pereira's early career involved teaching technology as an Information Technology Teacher at Side Company Informatica, where they trained students in Microsoft Windows and Office suite.

Thiago Pereira obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2003 to 2007. Thiago then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in IT Management at FIAP from 2009 to 2011. In 2016 and 2017, they completed a Data Analyst Nanodegree at Udacity, focusing on Machine Learning and Data Processing Technology. Additionally, Thiago obtained certifications such as the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert Education in 2020 and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GE in 2012.
