Halima Jalloh, CPA, CGFM, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Manager at IBS Management & Consultancy Services, LLC since November 2021. Prior to this role, Halima held the position of Supervisory Senior Associate at TFC Consulting, Inc. from February 2016 to October 2021 and worked as an Accountant at Verdi Consulting from January 2012 to January 2016.
