Hemant Mallavaram

Hemant Mallavaram is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience at Intel Corporation since April 2005, currently serving as Director, where responsibilities include overseeing global multi-site engineering teams focused on architecture, logic design, validation, and physical design for Intel Xeon Server CPUs. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, managing teams for global IP delivery across multiple Xeon Server microprocessor generations and overseeing features for Power and Thermal management, Firmware, and Design For Test. Prior to Intel, Hemant held the position of Senior Consulting Engineer at Paradigm Works, providing product development solutions, and served as a Hardware Engineer at Hewlett Packard, developing reference models for I/O technologies in Alpha microprocessors. Hemant holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a BS in Electronics and Communication from RV College Of Engineering.
