Kevork Kechichian

Executive Vice President — General Manager, Data Center Group at Intel

Kevork Kechichian is executive vice president and general manager of the Data Center Group (DCG) at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for Intel’s data center business, including profit and loss, roadmap, and product planning, positioning and execution.

Kevork is a proven leader with 30 years of semiconductor experience. Prior to joining Intel in 2025, he served as EVP of Solutions Engineering at Arm, where he led technology development with partner ecosystems and managed the company's transformation from IP to solutions-based approaches. He previously served as EVP of MCU/MPU Engineering at NXP Semiconductors, where he led the company’s global architecture and system-on-chip (SoC) design. He also served as SVP of Engineering at Qualcomm, where he managed the Snapdragon SoC and Technology teams and was responsible for delivering more than 100 SoCs.

Kevork holds a master’s in electrical engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from American University of Beirut.
