Lang Yuan

Lang Yuan serves as the Technology Solution Team Lead in the Datacenter and AI Group at Intel Corporation, leading a cross-disciplinary team to market innovative technology solutions. With extensive experience in project management and engineering, Lang has held key roles at organizations such as ZT Systems, Dentsply Sirona, and Fujitsu Network Communications, where responsibilities included developing advanced AI/cloud solutions and managing multiple R&D projects. Lang's contributions extend to the IEEE ITherm Conference as an active organizing committee member and track co-chair for various sessions. An alumnus of NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Strategy, and the University of Maryland with a Master's in Electronic Packaging & Reliability, Lang has demonstrated excellence through awards and recognitions, including the Fujitsu Day President’s Award.
