Silvia Linares

Silvia Linares is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director of GPU Software Engineering for Data Center AI Solutions at Intel Corporation since January 2017. Previously, Silvia held the position of Senior Director overseeing Compiler Tools and Quality Engineering, leading the Intel oneAPI initiative. With a career spanning over three decades, Silvia has also contributed as Director of Compiler Tools and Quality Engineering at Intel, Director of Software Engineering at Teletrol Systems Inc., and held key engineering roles at multiple technology firms, including Imaging Automation, Mercury Computer Systems, and Imaging Technology/Coreco. Silvia holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires.
