As the director of customer success, Charlie is responsible for the overall client experience at IntelAgree, with a specific focus on the account management and customer success teams. Before joining IntelAgree, he spent nearly 16 years helping to build successful client-facing implementation, service delivery, and customer success teams for an ISV in the financial services industry. Charlie graduated from Ball State University with a BS in education and an MAE in education leadership and supervision.
