Peter Fergus-O'Brien

Peter Fergus-O'Brien is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in client experience, sales, and operational strategy across various industries. Currently serving as CEO for INTELCIA in the Americas and English-speaking markets, Peter has previously held significant leadership roles such as Customer Experience and Strategy Advisor from 2017 to 2023, President and Founder of Eazyco, and President/Managing Director at both Teleperformance and Sitel. With a strong background in transforming client services, Peter has also contributed to logistics and operations as Regional Director at DHL. Peter holds an MBA with Distinction in International Business from the European School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Modern Languages from the University of Kingston-upon-Hull.
