Eric Marchand

Eric Marchand is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology management, software development, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Intelcom | Dragonfly since January 2022, Eric oversees all IT systems, including software engineering, R&D, and cybersecurity. Previously, Eric held roles such as Vice President General Manager at Outbox Technology, where Eric facilitated SaaS product delivery and DevOps transformations, and CISO, ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and SSAE 18. Additional experience includes advisory roles, product management, and software development across multiple companies, with notable achievements in deploying advanced SaaS solutions and enhancing operational efficiencies. Eric holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Software Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke.
