Jennifer Larson M.A. Ed, HRD has extensive experience in various roles related to organizational learning, training, and development. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Teacher for the District School Board of Pasco County, focusing on improving student success and collaborating with stakeholders. In 2012, they became an Education Program Manager at the University of South Florida, where they coordinated tutoring programs and mentored pre-service teachers. Jennifer then joined Ultimate Medical Academy in 2013 as a Corporate Learning and Development Training Specialist, delivering training programs to faculty and staff. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Director of Connections I Training Development at LifePoint, overseeing training curriculum and leadership development. At the University of South Florida from 2015 to 2022, Jennifer held several roles including Technology Education Specialist, Resource/Talent Manager, and Assistant Director of Training, Education & Support, where they focused on HR functions, instructional design, and support services. In 2022, they joined Inteleos as the Director of Learning and Assessment, responsible for strategic leadership in organizational learning and assessment programs.

Jennifer Larson M.A. Ed, HRD has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from the University of South Florida. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same university. Additionally, they have completed a Leadership in Developing Human Resources Certificate from the University of South Florida. Furthermore, Jennifer has obtained various certifications, including the CX-PRO from HorizonCX, LLC, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn, and other certifications related to instructional design, agile teamwork, and PRIOSYS training.
