Vivek Rao

Vivek Rao has a significant amount of work experience in the technology industry. Vivek is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Intelerad Medical Systems. Prior to that, Vivek held the position of SVP, Customer Success at Cloud Software Group. Vivek also served as the SVP, Global Customer Services at TIBCO Software Inc. and as the VP & GM, Global Customer Operations at Unisys. Additionally, Vivek was a Founding Advisory Board Member at the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) and held leadership positions at BEA Systems, eCustomers, Oracle Corporation, and Keane Inc.

Vivek Rao has completed an Executive Development Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Vivek holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Systems from Clarkson University. Vivek also obtained an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree from Bangalore University.
