Jill Hermans

Jill Hermans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and instructional design. Currently serving as an Independent Travel Advisor at InteleTravel.com since September 2023, Jill previously took a sabbatical from March 2020 to September 2023. From January 2009 to March 2020, Jill held various leadership positions at Faith Technologies, Inc., including Executive Vice President and Vice President of Talent, focusing on talent strategies and development. Additional roles include Director of Learning and Development and Director of Instructional Development at Faith Technologies, and Director of Curriculum Design at Inspired Training Institute. Jill's career began at American Medical Security as a Technical Writer and later at Shopko, where instructional design efforts were a primary focus. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communication from St. Norbert College and an MBTI Certification from CAPT.
