Aleon Chagas

Aleon Chagas has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technology. They started their career as an Analyst of Technical Support at F-Secure Corporation, providing technical support to resellers and end customers. After that, they worked as an Analyst of Technical Support at Grupo Redebrasil and Conx Construtora e Incorporadora, where they provided technical support and contributed to various IT projects. They then joined NetSecurity Systems as an Information Security Analyst, focusing on information security.

In 2011, Chagas joined G&P as a Supervisor of IT, where they supervised the IT department. They later transitioned to the role of a Field Service Analyst at G&P, providing on-site support to users.

Chagas then joined Teleperformance as an IT Infrastructure Analyst, responsible for delivering infrastructure projects and managing high availability infrastructure. They also gained experience in virtualization technology, Dell server administration, and network administration.

In 2019, Chagas joined Claranet Brasil as an Analyst of Cloud Infrastructure, where they administered and supported a highly available private cloud infrastructure. They also gained experience in VMware NSX and Edge Gateway administration.

Following this, Chagas worked at Equinix Brasil as a Specialist in Hosting Operations.

Most recently, Chagas joined Intelie by Viasat as a Site Reliability Engineer, contributing to the development and maintenance of reliable and efficient systems.

Throughout their career, Chagas has demonstrated expertise in various technologies such as VMware, Microsoft, Linux, and firewall systems. They have experience in project management, solution architecture, documentation, and technical support.

Aleon Chagas attended Universidade Cidade de São Paulo from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação (Information Technology Management). They did not specify whether they obtained a degree from this institution. In addition to their university education, Aleon Chagas has obtained several certifications in the field of technology. They obtained the DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020, the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in July 2020, the Remote Work and Virtual Collaboration Professional Certificate from CertiProf in January 2021, and the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate from Oracle in August 2020.
