Suzanne Smigliani

Suzanne Smigliani is a civil litigator with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as a Partner at Intelink Law Group PC since October 2020. Specializing in the defense of licensed professionals, including real estate brokers and agents, as well as developers and contractors in complex construction defect litigation, Suzanne has extensive expertise in employment litigation, defending employers against various claims. Prior experience includes roles at Rheinheimer + Smigliani, Rheinheimer Smigliani + Drake, and Maxie Rheinheimer Stephens & Vrevich, with a consistent focus on managing cases from initial contact through trial. Suzanne earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA. Additional educational experience includes studies at Universitat de Barcelona and attendance at The Bishop's School in La Jolla, California.
