Nate Sanders

Nate Sanders provides financial guidance and is responsible for all finance, accounting, and financial planning and analysis for Inteliquet. Nate joined in 2010 to develop Inteliquet’s financial infrastructure and systems for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. He was involved in helping secure three rounds of significant equity financing as well as a grant from the National Science Foundation through Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.

He has more than 28 years of experience in international finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate integration, treasury and risk management, and strategic/operational business planning. Nate has taken companies from IPO through to commercialization. He has directed the growth of both public and private technology entities, created worldwide FP&A departments, and managed integrations for many M&A transactions totaling $200M+. He also has developed and mentored financial teams.

Prior to Inteliquet, Nate was Vice President of Finance for Pattern Insight, Inc., a data analysis company, where he was responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, HR, tax, international tax structures, and capital and financial reporting for the consolidated U.S. parent and its China subsidiary. He was chosen by the president and CEO to assist with commercializing and launching the company’s first group of software analysis tools.

Previously, he was Vice President of Finance for Codefast, Inc., a provider of automation tools for software developers, where his efforts lead to the successful closure of $9M in VC funding. He was responsible for finance, HR, tax, revenue recognition policies, and financial modeling and reporting for U.S. parent and its Canadian subsidiary.

Prior to Codefast, Nate held several financial and treasury consultant positions and held responsibilities from budgeting and forecasting to cash management and developing FP&A departments. He began his career at Vanstar, a $3B computer reseller with 3,000+ employees, as a manager of Treasury operations where he provided internal reporting and analysis of franchise operations comprised of 250+ franchisees. He was promoted into Treasury to streamline its operations.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from San Jose State University and lives in the San Jose area.
