Craig Morrissey

Craig Morrissey has over 20 years of work experience in the field of aviation software and information technology. Craig began their career as an Instructor at the Information Technology Institute (ITI), where they provided classroom instruction in various programming languages and project management for IT students. During this time, they oversaw the design and development of a Job Placement Agency application using Visual Basic and Microsoft Transaction Server.

In 2000, Craig joined InteliSys Aviation Systems, where they held various roles. As a Software Developer, they served as a lead developer on world-class applications such as Reservations, Flight Watch, and Crew Management. Craig maintained and implemented large multi-tiered airline software using various technologies such as MSSQL, VB.Net, Visual Basic 6, ASP.Net, XML, and COM+.

After displaying proficiency in software development, Craig transitioned to the role of Senior Product Manager, overseeing a large multi-tiered airline software package for several worldwide airlines. Craig was responsible for understanding and managing the full development cycle, negotiating project timelines and pricing, and supervising teams of developers and project managers.

Craig's proven track record and leadership abilities led him to become Senior Director of Sales at InteliSys Aviation Systems in 2008. In this role, they led and managed a professional sales team to drive sales, deliver revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction worldwide. Craig successfully negotiated large million-dollar contracts with customers and built strong long-term customer relationships.

Most recently, Craig held the position of Vice President Technical Sales at InteliSys Aviation Systems. In this role, they continued to drive sales and oversee technical aspects while leading the sales team.

Craig Morrissey earned a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Math and Statistics from Dalhousie University from 1990 to 1994. Craig then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Education from the same university between 1994 and 1995. Following this, they furthered their education at Dalhousie University, obtaining a Master's degree in Information Technology Education from 1998 to 1999. Prior to their university education, Craig attended LJR from 1987 to 1990. The degree and field of study for their time at LJR are unknown.
