Frank Kays has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Frank started their career in 1999 as a Quality Assurance Specialist at an Independent Consultant company. In 2000, they worked as a Computer Programmer at Statistics Canada. In 2001, Frank joined InteliSys Aviation, where they held various positions, including Vice President of IT Services and Vice President of Operations, before eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 2012.

Frank Kays has a diverse education history. In 1994, they attended St. Francis Xavier University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Frank completed their degree in 1997. In 1999, they enrolled in Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they focused on Information Technology and obtained a degree in Programming. Later, in 2011, Frank attended the Wallace McCain Institute at the University of New Brunswick to participate in the Entrepreneurial Leaders Program (ELP4), specializing in the field of study related to entrepreneurial leadership.
