IT Manager, Senior Customer Support (Dual Role) at Intelitek

Adam Martin began their career in 2001 at Computrend, where they held the role of IT Manager. In this role, they maintained a Windows 2000 Active Directory Environment and repaired/refurbished laser printers. In 2004, they moved to Assured Computing, where they worked as a Point of Sale, Network and PC Service Technician. Adam'sduties included building and repairing customer computers, designing and upgrading networks for local businesses, and providing design, sales support, implementation and training for Point of Sale systems. In 2006, they joined Intelitek, where they held dual roles as IT Manager and Senior Customer Support Representative. As IT Manager, they maintained a Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory Environment, Office365 Administrator, Hyper-V 2012 and Linux Servers, and supported an Asterisk/FreePBX Based VoIP Phone System. As a Customer Support Representative, they provided IT-related troubleshooting and programming support for 'C' based robotic programming software. Additionally, they performed electrical and mechanical repairs on CNC equipment. Finally, they worked as a CNC Final Assembly Technician, performing enclosure assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, circuit board repair, laser calibration and QA testing, as well as repair of previous generations Industrial CNC Mills.

Adam Martin attended Mount Washington College and obtained a MCSE. Adam also obtained certifications from Microsoft and edX for MCSE and Programming with C#, respectively.
