Nathalie Zamir

VP R&D & Engineering at Intelitek

Nathalie Zamir has over 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering. Nathalie began their career in 1999 as a Lead/Senior Electro-mechanical Design Engineer at Com21. In this role, they were in charge of the mechanical department and designed modems, power supplies, electronic packages, PCBs, cables, and more. Nathalie then moved to RiT Technologies in 2001, where they were again a Lead/Senior Electro-mechanical Design Engineer. In this role, they created, developed, planned, and tested electro-mechanical products/systems from the initial idea through the manufacturing and testing of the finished product.

In 2010, Nathalie moved to Radwin, where they were a Lead/Senior Electro-mechanical Design Engineer in the R&D Department. Nathalie designed antennas, mechanical systems, electronic packaging, PCB layouts, and components, taking into consideration DFM/DFA and providing creative solutions for RFI, EMI, and heat transfer problems. Nathalie then moved to Tiny Love in 2012, where they were the Products Development & Engineering Manager. In this role, they established and managed the engineering department, defined organizational structure, and work processes.

Nathalie then moved to Intelitek in 2014, where they were the VP R&D & Engineering and the Product Development & Engineering Manager. In this role, they managed a multidisciplinary engineer team of about 10 employees, including recruitment, building personal development plans, and professional training. Nathalie also led the company's product/systems mechanical and electrical development, product design, and systems integration.

Nathalie currently works at RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. as the Mechanical Engineering Manager.

Nathalie Zamir received their Bsc in Mechanical Engineer from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 1994 and 1998.
