Lauren Foertsch

Lauren Foertsch, PMP, has extensive experience in project management. Lauren currently holds the role of Director of Project Management at INTELITY, where they provide strategic direction for projects, oversees project managers, and manages organization-wide projects. Prior to this, they were the Head of Project Management at INTELITY, where they ensured efficient project execution and represented the brand to Executive Management. Lauren also worked as a Senior Project Manager at INTELITY, focusing on mobile check-in and mobile key solutions for the hospitality industry.

Before joining INTELITY, Lauren worked as a Contract Project Manager at DP3 TECH, where they assisted in planning scope, setting budgets, and scheduling IT-related implementation projects for clients. Lauren also had a role as a Project Manager at SurePods™, where they managed construction and manufacturing projects from design to completion.

Earlier in their career, Lauren was a Project Manager at Frazee Inc, where they ensured projects were delivered on time and within budget. Lauren was responsible for developing project plans, managing financial aspects, and coordinating with onsite teams. Prior to this, they worked at Frazee Inc as a Project Coordinator/Accounting, where they facilitated project understanding among team members and set up job sites.

Lauren also has experience in the hospitality industry, having held positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Director of Events Retail Outlets, and at Sheraton Broadway Plantation as a Recreation Director. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing retail, food and beverage outlets, organizing special events, managing budgets, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Earlier in their career, Lauren worked at South Beach Resort as a Recreation/Food and Beverage Manager, where they managed multiple departments, controlled budgets, and provided managerial support.

Lauren Foertsch, PMP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Purdue University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In March 2019, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter.
