Dr. Vinay Raj Menon

Dr. Vinay Raj Menon currently serves as the Global Head of Learning and Development at Intellect Design Arena Ltd since January 2019, where responsibilities include designing and driving talent development strategies and developing a skills architecture to maintain organizational competitiveness. Prior experience encompasses roles as an Independent Consultant for an educational group and start-up, as well as various senior positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, from Senior Director of Learning Delivery to Senior Executive in Learning and Development, where initiatives included leading a global training budget, implementing transformational programs, and pioneering online learning solutions. Additionally, Dr. Menon was a Lecturer at Loyola College, with a robust academic background culminating in a Ph.D. in Physics from the same institution.
