Rachith Hegde

Rachith Hegde has extensive work experience in data science and software engineering. Rachith is currently serving as a Lead Data Scientist at Intellect Design Arena Ltd since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Wipro from December 2022 to April 2023, where they led a team in developing a classifier model for call classification. Rachith utilized various techniques such as XGBoost, TF-IDF, LSTM, Word2vec, and BERT for predictive analysis. Before joining Wipro, Rachith held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Infrasoft Solutions Inc. from June 2020 to January 2021. Rachith also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Birlasoft from January 2017 to June 2020, where they were involved in the development of web-based analytical platforms. Rachith started their career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies in April 2016, where they worked on the implementation of change requests and provided support for banking applications. Rachith also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Zenfact - Simplifying Trade Finance from August 2014 to March 2016, where they managed database codes and trained new recruits in functional and technical aspects.

Rachith Hegde completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Saraswati Education Societys Saraswati College of Engineering Kharghar Navi Mumbai in the years 2009-2013. Rachith has also obtained additional certifications in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Python for Data Science from institutions such as Udemy and Cognitive Class, with the latest certification being in 2022.
