Daryna Soroka

Daryna Soroka is a skilled recruiter with extensive experience in the full recruitment cycle, currently working at IntellectEU since October 2021. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates from local and international markets, collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements, and facilitating communication with candidates throughout the interview process. Daryna also manages job offer preparations and negotiations. Prior to this role, Daryna served as a Technical Sourcer and holds a Master's degree in Language and Literature (English) from T. G. Shevchenko National Teachers’ Training University in Chernihiv, completed in December 2020.
