Elina Bednarska

Elina Bednarska has a strong background in legal roles, with a focus on corporate law and international transactions. Elina started their career as a Legal Advisor at Agro Invest Ukraine Ltd., where they worked on bank restructuring and drafted various legal documents. Elina then moved to Octava Capital, where they served as a Senior Legal Advisor and was responsible for developing and supporting international corporate structures. During this time, they also supervised transactions under English law and other international jurisdictions. Elina then joined Fiksu DSP as a Legal Counselor and Admin Team Lead, before transitioning to ClickDealer as a Senior Legal Counselor. In these roles, they provided legal advising, managed transactions, and drafted agreements. Elina joined IntellectEU as Head Of Legal in 2018 and has since been leading the legal department and overseeing sales transactions.
