Oleksii Olifirov

Oleksii Olifirov has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Oleksii started their career as a Teacher of math & economics at the School of design #34 Kyiv from July 2005 to June 2008. Oleksii then worked as a Call center specialist at VAB Bank in June 2008. In September 2008, they joined JSC OTP-Bank as an Analyst at Risk Management Division PI RM Dpt., where they worked until March 2011.

From March 2011 to August 2013, Oleksii worked at Piraeus Bank ICB as a Retail Credit Risk-Management analyst, where they primarily focused on analyzing loan applications and testing decision-making systems. Oleksii also briefly served as a Member of the Retail Credit Committee.

In January 2013, they joined Groupe Crédit Agricole as a Senior retail risk analyst. During their time there, they performed various responsibilities such as requirements elicitation, system testing, and reporting. Oleksii later transitioned into the role of Business Analyst / Retail Portfolio analyst, where they continued to contribute to the bank's system improvements until December 2017.

At AT Consulting, Oleksii worked as a Business/System Analyst (DWH/ETL at banks & telecom) from December 2017 to January 2019. Their responsibilities included requirements engineering, analyzing business logic, and participating in new functionality development and implementation.

Currently, Oleksii is working at IntellectEU as a Business Analyst. Since February 2019, they have been involved in facilitating the discovery and delivery phases of various projects. Oleksii is responsible for driving multiple business analysis activities, such as requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation. Oleksii also focuses on identifying customer needs and coordinating team efforts for effective project facilitation. Oleksii is known for being a strong advocate of the BDD approach for software development.

Oleksii Olifirov's education history includes obtaining a Master's Degree in mathematics and economics from the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov', Kyiv, from 2000 to 2005. Oleksii also earned a Specialist degree in banking from The University of banking of the National Bank of Ukraine (Kyiv) from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Oleksii has obtained various certifications, such as Corda For Business Professional from R3 in March 2022 and a series of LinkedIn certifications in business analysis and agile product ownership throughout 2023.
