Zhanna Saratovska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zhanna started their career as a Public Relations Specialist at DEZEGA, an industrial company specializing in breathing equipment. Zhanna managed corporate news, PR activities, and social media.

After that, Zhanna worked as an IT Recruiter at Creatio, a product IT company. Zhanna'sresponsibilities included active candidate sourcing, qualifications analysis, and conducting interviews.

Zhanna then moved on to Go Interactive, an IT out-staffing company, where they served as an Information Technology Technical Recruiter. Zhanna presented recruitment services to clients, sourced and pre-screened candidates, and maintained relationships with qualified candidates.

Zhanna later joined Synergetica as a Technical Recruiter, providing talent search and full-cycle recruiting for international clients. Zhanna collaborated with hiring managers and conducted interviews for various tech roles.

In 2021, Zhanna became a Human Resources Generalist at Business Class, a global travel product company. Zhanna'srole involved establishing HR policies and procedures, planning HR strategies, and managing recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles. Zhanna also handled onboarding, evaluation processes, and office operations.

Currently, Zhanna is working as a Human Resources Business Partner at IntellectEU, an international technology company focused on digital finance. Zhanna'srole entails a commitment to the company's people and building a better future with emerging technologies.

Zhanna Saratovska obtained their High School Diploma in Linguistics from Kharkiv Private Lyceum Professional in 2013. Zhanna then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Journalism at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University from 2013 to 2017. Later, they completed their Master's degree in Journalism from the same university from 2017 to 2018.
